What is the minimum?
100 pieces per product.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Yes. Sizes and colors of the same product count toward its minimum.
Can I combine different products to reach 100?
No. Each product must independently reach 100 pieces.
Can I buy a single shirt?
ChurchMerchUSA is for bulk orders. Single-item retail ordering is not offered.
Does the preview submit my order?
No. It does not submit requests, upload artwork or collect payment.
How is an order paid?
A 50% deposit is required to start the order. The remaining 50% is due upon shipping. Online deposit ordering is still being prepared.
Who pays for shipping?
ChurchMerchUSA pays shipping. The initial online shipping setup covers the United States via UPS or FedEx. International shipping uses DHL; available destinations remain pending.
When will my order arrive?
Production and dispatch lead times remain pending. Your rep will confirm timing with your quote.
Who handles tracking?
Shipping tracking and refund activity are handled by ChurchMerchUSA.
How are returns and defects handled?
Returns, defects and refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact the team about your order.
